I agree with you on that - at least for the moment. B/R would close the WGAS ATM, and there are still billions of shares to be dumped onto the heads of public investors.

maybe after THAT happens, we will see B/R - or yet another r/s.

History of 4 reverse splits, ballooning share structure (OS is around 300M now), and looming 5th R/S is on the table.

All this, PLUS:

Still virtually no revenues.

Why would you DOUBT?
