Dcspka, Radient does not have to make any further disclosures about the UNI agreement unless it is cancelled.

Radient certainly disclosed the GCDx agreement was cancelled. Why would Radient not file that the UNI agreement was cancelled?

Goldseeker, You said:

"The UNI license agreement will be cancelled effective Jun 3, 2014 unless Radient has their patent application approved before that date and that isn't going to happen."

The Uni agreement has already been voided due to non-payment of the $100,000 up front portion of a $500,000 licensing fee. I have seen no evidence of it being paid. If you have, please let us know when it occurred- proof please and thanks in advance..

If RXPC chooses to renew the agreement, look for the terms to shift in a dramatic fashion.

I will go with your factual posting..I didn't see a SEC Filing that it was finalized..Also I don't go by rumors you understand. I am Objective investor..

DCSPKA Post >>>>

From the Uni agreement:

"...Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the total license fee shall be US$500,000, $100,000 of which UNI shall pay as an up-front license fee ($20,000 upon signing the agreement and $80,000 upon commencement of training UNI personnel at ADI facilities) and the remaining of which, UNI shall pay in 4 equal annual installments over the next 4 years. The License Agreement will become effective upon our receipt of the up-front license fee."

Show me any Uni issued statements to concur that a portion of the money was paid, or the training of Uni personnel took place.

Thanks in advance.
