What is YAGI? And you invested in this without knowing where your money was really going? Read the 10-K.

YAGI is the one owning who is squeezing the nuts, and I'm not bullish about peanuts oil separation.
They financed GERS with their toxic financing and get almost everything if GERS would get money from the pending lawsuits.
Also they are the reason GERS keeps on diluting, because if they don't GERS is gone and all the patents will b owned by YAGI. And for some reason, it looks to me like the management doesn't care about that, they just keep squeezing out the money of the investors pockets.
