The facts:

I would wonder who actually did turn the SEC on to the fabricated press releases, hum, I really wonder who did. Geez.

So how did ole Henry fool the hundreds of people he did for years and years? Because he sure did, until finally someone figured him out.

Pleading the 5th is never a positive sign, lol.

There is little doubt as to the one's who said the 5th the 5th the 5th, versus the one that simply answered every question, and has kicked the ex CEO of Cdex in the arbitration room.

Shareholders picked Mr. Brumfield, just another simple fact, and shareholders voted and confirmed Mr. Brumfield, just another simple fact.

There are many who obviously believe in Dr. Poteet, otherwise, Cdex would have died a little over three years ago, and again Cdex could have died with the filing of a Chapter 7, instead of 11. Oh yes, just another simple fact.

The ability of Mr. Brumfield and Dr. Poteet to keep Cdex going forward, is a very clear simple fact.
