SEDI shows:

options grants to: Mr. Moffat, Mr. Poirier, Mr. Zekulin and Mr. Schnarr totalling 276,335 with strike prices of 89 cents. The only other filings are for "Opening balances" (i.e. the holdings they had when it went public), and some sort of obscure things relating to the merger with the CPC - i.e. the going public transaction. There is nothing done at a price greater than 89 cents.
