big- That sounds reasonable BUT I assume HTC would have appealed even if the jury gave us the 10 million we asked for. I am not sure what his arrangement was. Did the contingency fee apply only to those who we have in the NDCA which is HTC and the rest of the former ITC accused infringers or to any license signed. At any rate he does not want to wait to get paid so I assume the wait is now longer and I assume this is because the settlement leverage an ITC would have given us is now gone so it seems. That is why I think the stock is at 5c.
