Not directed at me, but yes, to cover current restricted shares and to cover potential series I shares. It's a good thing for longs. Vote YES!!!

Yes Elite doesn't have enough shares to cover NH & JT's shares at the moment let alone put $40 million dollars worth of shares to LPC at whatever that PPS would be.

Here's the piece we all need to understand. Until Elite authorizes those additional shares- there is no LPC deal. It will be dead in the water. Make sense?
