completely agree these are valid q's... I would think the answer to the first is pretty easy as they are working to get capital and until they are booking substantial rev's a 211 will be difficult to attain. The answer to your second I would think will happen when they have something concrete done so it can't be tampered with as deals in the past have been. JMO
