I recommend Scottrade or Ameritrade. I'm not a fan of eTrade.
Lack of professionalism from them, in my experience.

Ameritrade offers free L2 for pennies and a nice stock screener.
Scottrade has better looking charts, imo. I use both for my software-- if you're interested in that sort of thing.
