Honestly, I don't understand why you pump so hard for bankruptcy and failure for PVEI when at the same time you claim they owe you and "your friends" money. If they go bankrupt and cease operations, how would you collect a thing?? You should be hoping for everything Jason says to come true. You have a better chance of suing a successful company for compensation than a defunct entity.
