Basically MINE is eliminating debt. Most penny stocks use "toxic financing" which means in order to fund their company they offer financiers millions of shares that that can sell into the market and dilute down the pps.

MINE is eliminating this type of financing which is necessary to bring in big time investors which is the direction this company is wanting to go.
