Read the messages. I NEVER suggested a Forward Split. The effect of the conversion that you insist will happen is an increase in the total number of shares. The whole point is that such a change in the number of shares makes no sense unless the market cap is increased substantially. As has been explained MANY times in the past, this means that any such conversion SHOULD IT HAPPEN (the argument that it is in the filings and therefore MUST happen, which is logically flawed) only happens IF the company becomes much more profitable. That is the definition of INCENTIVE. And that was the point of it all. A rising tide floats ALL boats. If you cannot see the tide when it comes in, you get drowned by it.
