Vringo needs to do is wake up and smell the coffee it's been 2 years sense purchasing the patents from Nokia. Have they made and revenue from them? What they need to do is add some badly needed shareholder value. # 1 Try to take over another company using treasury stock or issue new stock.#2 look to merge with another company.#3 Try to settle out of court even if it is a reduced amount of money and use those funds to get the company moving again.JMO
I believe this deals with offshore bank accounts and a hefty 30% repatriation fee, for returning money back into the US. If you saw the hysterical video about this, where it says the US economy is doomed over this, I think that is grossly overstated. I had thought a big portion of those hidden accounts were dealt with a while back.
