I was in your same situation last week decided to I opened an E-trade account and was able to make my first purchase today. Scottrade did the same thing with TT*Z they finally let customers purchase it after the price was substantially higher..... AVOP

That blows getting blue balled on the entry point,lol.... Get a new broker, E*TRADE has been good for me.
