I think someone has figured out how to systematically walk this thing up and down as they please. I know that sounds paranoid but it just all seems too frequent and orderly.

I am thinking, some big order for fsc5962 coming up or DLA getting ready for mandate expansion.

I dont want to lose hope on this since my target date is Dec 2016.But it is painful to watch this going down to 10 cents second time in 2014
