No it was a market order executed through a series of smaller orders throughout the day. It was either a big seller or company dilution in my opinion.

Its a T-Trade. It happened sometime during the day when large volumes were happening, and it didn't get posted until after hours. Its not an after hours trade and it wont effect the opening price in the morning.
