FRMC only has $100K in convertible debt listed in the most recent Q filing. that's peanuts.

but these creeps always want a lower VWAP. just plain greedy. i have a good stack, but will be watching for a major volume flag to load my last tranche.

let's pull bids and make them dump cheap. i don't want to give a debt holder any more profit than they deserve.
