Absolutely none. Reid needs to file a S1, as he promised 18 months ago. Then the SEC would review it. Typically takes 6-8 months. Where's the S1 filing?

However, what the SEC will not review, and could care less about are a couple of pictures from China or the lost land of Shangri la.

The S1 doesn't exist on the EDGAR site. Not an "idea", just reality. Prove anything I have said is "speculation". You can't.
