Some retail **** will get tired of the **** and sell and there ain't much bid support @ 0013 and above
Anyone wanting to sell a real amount of stock is going to come down to 0011 and 0012 - but like you said - good luck getting filled, penny stock people are stubborn

Like I've said, trying to buy junk at the landfill "no salvaging allowed"
