At a meeting held in Frankfurt on May 30, 2013 the manager of the Potsdamer Treuhand und Wirtschaftsberatung GmbH (PTW), Mr. Uwe Blaesing and a representative of the Resource Development Group, Inc., Mr. Terry Brinker, met with their attorneys to discuss the best course of action with respect to the outstanding ING Bank N.V. bonds held by Parafin Corporation.
In spite of numerous attempts on the part of Parafin Corp. to enter into settlement negotiations with ING Bank N.V no discussions have taken place to date. Parafin Corp. along with the PTW have decided to file a document suit in the district court of Frankfurt am Main in accordance with the provisions of § 592 ZPO. Parafin Corp and PTW will file for proof of evidence according to § 485 ZPO in order to establish the validity of their claims.
The Potsdamer Treuhand und Wirtschaftsberatung GmbH will be supported in its legal filings by its subsidiary, ERGOKONZEPT AG, in Potsdam.
