Brian said that he's going to offer audited financials for last Qtr of 2009 and 1st Qtr 2010. That is in 8-9 months and thus in the foreseeable future.

Agree, that doesn't prove that this is scam, but proves that the CEO is unreliable at best. He make promises that he cannot fulfill.
