Well being that this is a penny stock, and we all should know what that means, the reason it goes down with a PR is because the company issues PR's in order to dump shares. I know most on these boards don't want to hear this but it is the reality. In order to make money you need to SELL every time a PR comes out, and BUY when it is quiet.
