I don't think she will reverse herself . The whole point of Summary Judgements is to avoid frivolous trials without substance.

Peter borrowed the monies and defaulted. Simple as that.

Peter would have reached a settlement a long time ago if he were going to do it

Quang was approached by a toxic debt refinancier of Peter's several months back... But the toxic debt refinancier did not make a proposal. Big mistake of Peter's not first taking care of personal debt guarantees.

Now peter will face ultimately personal bankruptcy IMO
