Who said anything about criminal charges?

I answered the following bullshit claim of not a single criminal accusation:

....and yet not a single mythical nor bullshit criminal accusation by anybody outside of a message board.

The fact is there have been plenty of "criminal accusations" made, FRAUD comes to mind and Fraud is certainly criminal. Unless of course fraud against the public is just another parking ticket and not actually a crime?

Do you think they'll 8K or 10K today that the flounder has recently AGREED that his actions and conduct was Contrary to the public interest, or how about any ongoing DOJ investigation, will they also just hide that as well?
