Maybe if management were the bad guys, they should get rid of them and replace them with new ones. Like what they do on the "PROPHET" TV show. Still maintaining the business plan active and protecting shareholder value. I am not in a position to call foul on management because I have not seen anything they did wrong until the SEC stepped in with their accusations. Time will tell if this was justifiable or a travesty of justice.
