Once again, thanks for the awesome summary here. I've been holding here looking for that PR on the LOI. It sounds like they intend to close towards month end (I believe it was the 21st) based on the conference call. Hopefully we'll bump up then, but with no news before then I see us slipping some more. Hopefully we don't dip below that 0029 support level though.

I'd also be curious to see what you have to say about EVS* given the swings there--and I've seen you over there recently too ;-)
