Bordynuik valued an asset at the same value on the balance sheet as the company who sold it to him. This was not technically proper GAAP accounting. He later corrected the accounting error. Big effin' deal- there's no "scam" and definitely no charges of fraud or any of the ridiculous crap posted daily on this board. Nobody bought stock in this company because of their media credits. The technology is what investors are interested in and that is becoming closer and closer to insane profitability.
