Even if you are correct about this -- which at this point seems unlikely and suspect (thus irresponsible and misleading on your behalf) -- for all intents and purposes, he is still being paid.

Ps. You did say stock or options earlier in the thread:

If one uses Anatabloc and knows the excellent results they have received as a results, one is inclined to accept pay in the form of options to gain advantage of huge upside potential.

To wit [from 10q]: "On January 3, 2014, the Company granted awards of 223,052 shares that vested immediately with a share price of $1.02 per share to two of its brand ambassadors pursuant to their agreements with the Company to promote its dietary supplement and cosmetic products."

Hay this closes out this subject. And the cost is very minimal, imo.
