Did you see the recent millions of shares of 0.0032 ~ 0.0036? Almost all the shares were bought at the bid, not the ask! Which is why the stock price crashed back to 0.0015 now... If the buyers had bought the shares mainly at the ask, instead of bid then GAXCQ must be traded in the penny land now! Because the huge bids only caused the big dumping and the price down...
