I'd say for herb it is useless, it's really only for wax and hash lol mCig works with wax and hash without the glass paks though. For herb the glass chamber and ceramic screen it comes with work better although I dislike little vapor(this includes G-Pen with a screen and any other vape pen with a screen unless the volts reach 4+ preferably 4.2-4.4) but the chamber does keep the inside a lot cleaner and if you dislike the weak hits you can always put the screen on top to prevent the residue from clogging the mouthpiece, volcano with the bag is always the best ;)

Glass packs work better for concentrates. Herb doesn't work as good, but with the new mcigs being shipped with a glass cylinder and ceramic screen included I wouldn't think you would need the glasspak too.
