I'm sure most of that if not all of it is true. The only issues I have are that toland is still lying to everyone (he did not make an "honest attempt" )and he lied about revenues and contracts, etc in the past.


If a scam artist like him is not held accountable then I will personally post here (and on every other deal he is ever involved in) to warn investors. This toland creep is still pretending to be running a company when there is nothing here. This will be revoked yet he won't shut up. Time for him to be barred and sued imo (if he had any assets)

I believe they made an honest attempt, at the start, to get this thing off the ground but eventually realized they could not raise the capital to make it work.

Chernak, as I was informed, thought it was going to be a real deal but then had a falling out with the other players when he realized it was not on the up and up. at least that is his position
