An A/S reduction is very possible. I think discussing an R/S irrelevant at this time. They just became public....

I honestly don't think APT has any intentions of R/S to its shareholders.

A r/s isn't going to happen. Share retirement is most likely as almost all the shares are still in the treasury and not outstanding.

It all depends upon why a R S is done. If it's done to uplist and bring in bigger investors like funds, then it can be very possible, as many more are capable of buying. If done to future dilute, like many on the otc, then bad. There are stocks that have taken off higher after a R S when done for right reasons. Palm was one.

One last time for those that keep talking Lets get it uplisted now and do a R/S Now Non-CENTS.

First and most important , APT/Motovox just Reverse/Merged with FROZ, in April 2014, what does this mean.??

It means by SEC Rules, not me making them up, APT/Motovox CAN NOT!!! I Repeat Like it or NOT!! even think of Up listing to any other exchange no less to the Nasdaq for at least 12-Months from now. or they must wait till April 2015 to even think of up-listing.

So what is the RUSH to R/S ??? let FROZ fly to over $1.00 by next year on it's own merits , this is not your usual Non-Reporting Pink Penny that must do a R/S every 6-months & dump Billions & continue to dilute shares on the open market, and just to pay it's Light bills with, and Pad the CEO's pockets with, then do it all over again 6-months later company.

APT is already making $20,000,000 + Million in Reveneus and $68,000,000 Million dollars or more in future projected Product revenues are also possible soon.

Just relax enjoy the Ride to $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ on it's own Merits, in fact they will do it the Old Faction way, they will ( EARN IT ). $$$$ ha ha IMO

Here is the SEC Rules about up-Listing, hope this helps ease your mind a bit.

In Amendment No. 1 Nasdaq made several modifications to the proposed rule change and
responded to comments received on the proposal. Specifically, Nasdaq proposed to extend the trading period contemplated in the original filing from six months to one year and require that, prior to listing, the company timely file all required periodic financial reports for the prior year, including at least one annual report. Such annual report must contain audited financial statements for a full fiscal year following the filing of all required information about the reverse merger transaction.
