I wonder id the glass packs are an issue as I've seen people getting black. I ordered raw, black, and glass packs and have been waiting a while, so that's what makes me think maybe the glass packs are the issue. It's either that, or there is something else logistical that isn't quite right as many people are getting orders well before me. JMO. Hopefully to be worked out soon.

Yes I agree, they should be stating that om website when you order.
