A smart buyer buying a car first wants to see the Car-facts. A smart-buyer in a start-up bio-tech wants to see a FULL TOX report. without reading a Tox report, investors that are buying in before that are going in on Blind-Faith. Karin had previously stated she wanted to see a Tox report before she perhaps makes a entry.
There are probably many other investors, who would do the same, but management has not given them that yet, although they have given a ton of convoluted excuses as to why not, and a horrible record of keeping to self imposed deadlines.

What financial institutions? Seaside88 that sells right into the float-doesn't count. You mean Dr. Diwan?

Share Valuation; It should be clear that NNVC is 'Trending downward'. It better hold $3.00 because if it doesn't, as stated by Rawnoc, 'there's nothing but air below'. The pps shows weakness and that it can't even hold a pre-slit $1.00 in valuation. Four dollars? Consider being lucky if it holds $3.00.
Last of the $3.30 ? Yes, but it maybe the last chance to walk away from this table with a few bucks and try a different game, perhaps coming back when corporate shows a completed Tox, than watching more red on your screen almost every session.

I understand that there are a few people here that are not seasoned investors but have invested (risked) a lot more money than they can afford to lose, so they are stuck feeling uncomfortable at the losses but convinced themselves it's only 'paper' at this point and it will all turn around -very soon.
That's bunker mentality, but it's what happens when you get over your head and your All-In, and feel no way out.

I do hope it turns out OK and goes back to a pre-split $1.50 ($5.25) BUT IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE IT.
