If you got the money and interest, many companies can be bought out. That's nothing new. 51 percent -- that's all it takes.

But keep in mind we don't know how many shares Sid had/has and how many he may have sold through the market to Ergo/RDG.

Also -- look at the last fins with the bonds and the share exchange. For some reason no one but me has looked at them and put it all together. PFNO has protected itself to keep the players involved that it wants.
