Twice during the meeting I noticed the XXII lawyer exhibiting interesting behavior:
1. When MJ was asked about, the XXII lawyer looked sort of like a third base coach holding up Joe & Henry at third. All we heard was something to the likes of, *"the researchers who worked with us before may be experimenting with other things on their own."* (*obviously not a direct quote*)
In short, Henry and Joe weren’t able to deny or confirm anything because it would be unlawful to do so behind closed doors.
2. Additionally, our astute lawyer was paying careful attention to Joe and Henry’s answers regarding specific BAT questions.
On a lighter note:
The presentation was cool, lots of vape/ecig info shared.
It was nice to hear that Joe and Henry will be pitching XXII to a much larger clientele this JUNE. They briefly mentioned hitting up some trade shows and pitching the XXII pipeline to more people.
An analyst from CHDN was there too.. not hiding... still reiterating their $9 pirce target.
