Just means they sold some stock to a single investor. The investor was Cowen and company. The hedge fund that made Goodman ceo of the last company he worked for went private within a year from his start. That hedge fund has a sizeable position in wetseal also, though Clinton group was responsible for his hire. The next couple months will be very interesting imo
