I would think we could see both, with Aftc selling their pumps directly to Navistar for new production vehicles, and then also selling to the Army to replace the Navistar diesels that are already in use. Navistar began delivering their new vehicles and diesel engines over a year ago, so those will have to be retro fitted by Army mechanics(I'm assuming).
