Same, USXP MM"s jockied the same way when USXP was 0004ish...looks like NO one is dumping and looks like the MM's are saying, hey, this is a possiblity..
MM's can change lineup at anytime, but, one thing I have noticed is when MM's are lined up to .01+, its very possible they will go there with the right things in place.
Take for instance QBID. In the past, before huge dumping occured, they were lined up to .10+ With all the dumping, they slowly lowered the higest ASK now only at .0006. hmm....
The way JPHC trades is tight. I believe that JPHC has a HUGE NSS within it..IMO
Also, NO Dumping, from the LOOKS and Feel of the trading within it!
