FROZ - I'd suspect near .04+/- a lot will also depend on the supplemental information transparently being supplied by APT - expect more filings and a company introduction and outlook! Rev expectations etc. Otherwise Id expect what I stated above before any major consolidation!
The one thing I like is the # of shares held by insiders and employees - This bodes well because I hardly believe they just went public to sell at these RECESSED prices -
