Yes 2014 1st quarter financials on the 15th is what I heard. Perhaps putting out early to show the strength in the company and stock now instead of waiting.

You are not missing anything. We are expecting the 2013 financials to be released which as we all know was from the old management/ company. I expect them to couple this with some form of great news or disclaimer about the old management. At least it will give credit to Fabio's claim to get this company current and a potential for up list.
