I might be a little late on this, but when was there an OTC chill on this? I actually think that's a good thing. Even though I use TDA I feel like they cut off some of these bottom plays on purpose. I've noticed a pattern, OTC chill on TDA, soon after a run happens. I would expect a move to the 3's very soon.
