Magnusson, I saw all the links as they came along so I don't have any problem connecting the dots. My concern is how our guys could have chosen the same name as another company in the same business. You would think they knew about it since the California company has been around longer than they have. Maybe in their eagerness to put together the "Turbine" of the Florida company with the "Aviation" of Farias' "Integrity Aviation" company, they overlooked what should have been obvious. Maybe I'm making too much of this, or maybe it's part of what's holding things up, as what you suggested about trademark infringement certainly seems like a possibility. Anyway, from my perspective as an outsider, it seems like a dumb move.
