PFNO needs to make a statement, maybe waiting until ERGO starts trading.

$uper beat me to it, but there's NO need for a contract or anything to be signed. When they buy a majority of the stock, they takeover PFNO. IF I OWNED 51% OF PFNO, I'D HAVE MAJORITY OWNERSHIP.

We already have confirmation that they own 40 percent of PFNO shares.
