hmm, that was odd. the bid/ask sat at .0011x.0011 for 20 min or so, then 3 fills totaling 748888 shares, and now JEFF is closed out on the ask side, thus the uptick to .0012. i don't watch l2 all day everyday, but i can't recall the last time i saw the bid and ask stay the same like that for so long. weird.
