US investors that own warrants should consider selling the warrants so someone in canada can buy them and eventually exercise them. They are not helping the company by holding on to the warrants. I though about buying warrants about 3 months ago but scottrade broker told me that i would not be able to deposit the certificate in to my account her in the us . THERE WAS A DISCUSSING ON THIS BOARD ABOUT THIS WHILE BACK BUT I GUESS LOTS OF PEOPLE HAVE MISSED IT AND BOUT WARRANTS ANYWAY. O WELL. Cheers to all titan investors. 11out

In addition, until 40 days after the commencement of the Offering, an offer or sale of the Units offered hereby within the United States by a dealer (whether or not participating in the Offering) may violate the registration requirements of the U.S. Securities Act unless such offer or sale is made pursuant to an exemption under the U.S. Securities Act.

Important Note: If any US resident does decide to sell their warrants and buy the common stock, I would strongly consider first BUYING the stock (if you can come up with the funds / or borrow) and then sell your warrants After they have been held for 1 year - as they would then qualify for Long-term Cap Gains treatment.
