I wonder how many of those shares are going to the new board members. Or if they might have a chance at being earned. Either way, im sure they have a restriction on them for an extended period of time so they cant pull a dump and run lol.

Ed is eligible to sell all or any portion of the shares for 90 days starting 4/15. But he said he had no plans to sell any.
