The point of any R/M ( which this has not been, so far ) is to move assets into a shell, in return for an expedited listing on an exchange. Can be a very good deal, avoiding the registration process, underwriter's fees, lawyers cuts, etc.
Both sides make out. This could be the WGAS / ADR collaborative purpose. Well, I am no merger expert, but this could be very good for ADR and WGAS ( if that is the "merger" LBDC is referring to )
This will likely be my best lottery ticket. All those 1s that I got so easily. And so many of them too!
