K, I agreeii with you completely...and as far as the other, I see no reason for a change in share structure...I can see us going to a 100 million in sales in a fairly short time and from there it will be a short step to a Billion...and from there the skies would be the limit...and you can imagine the pps with that scenario.......what say Sir????
