I bought my shares long before anything about this latest business deal. And no, I don't know why he agreed to this latest loan, if he did. But what I wrote was exactly what I described at the time that I read it. Am I as confident today? No. But I am only saying that Hershman's credentials are very impressive. If this case is over, and we win, I'll give it two weeks at the most for there to be a big change, and if there isn't one I am selling my shares. But I am not giving up on this stock yet. I was about to do that, but a good friend, someone I highly respect, convinced me not to! I'm real close to being there, but not exactly yet!

Yes hershman stood by and did nothing because he knows it wouldn't effect "The company" in a bad way do to the future revenues that will be poring In to easly cover The loan

And everything that dr Victor has been saying on the YouTube videos are coming true yes alittle Late but everything is still unfolding itself ,, he also mentioned 10 to 15 tissue Processing centers Will be opened up and that the revenue will be significant,, my guess is that it will;-)

SVFC $$$$ SVFC's CEO, EVP, and board members must be extremely confident that there will not be a problem...just looking at the recent pr's, I would think some amazing developments have been underway that investors are not yet aware of...but we will all have to wait and see, won't we?

LOL, that language is commonplace with most convertible loans...

Acting as if YA wants to take control of assets and hassle with a multitude of stakeholder and shareholder lawsuits to get their whopping 2 mil back is hilarious....

YA wants to sell stock and sell it in the nickels,,, this company easily has the goods and capacity to trade in the .05-.10 range. YA smoothly profits 10-20+ million in that range. The incentive is very clear... Hence their effort to ensure the books are in order to precipitate what is needed for success.
